Emerald Ash Borer (EAB)

 Did you know?

The emerald ash borer (EAB) beetle was found in Wisconsin in the summer of 2008. The adult beetles nibble on ash foliage but do little damage to the tree. The larvae do the real damage, feeding on the inner bark of ash trees. This disrupts the tree’s ability to transport water and nutrients.

Prompt attention and consistent treatment may save some ash trees but many infected trees will die. Are your ash trees infected? Contact 7 Rivers Tree Service for a free consultation.
